• The house sits south facing on top of the hillside and has been conceived by the architect like a cruise ship attached to the mountain.
  • Originally built in the Fifties it has been totally refurbished in 2003/2004.
  • On the top level you will find an open living space with the kitchen that leads onto the main terrace. Limits between inside and outside a fluent which does give a Southern California feeling to the house.
  • The living space has industrial type hardwood floors. Kitchen is equipped with cooker (induction), freezer, fridge, oven and dish washer. Cooker and oven are integrated in a custom made concrete bar. A picture window showing the rock wall behind the house serves as a splash-back for the kitchen.
  • Kitchen leads on to a small lavatory and storage room. Total space of the living area is 57 square meters.
  • On the lower level there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up in way that you enjoy the sea view from the bed. A separate dressing space is incorporated in the Masters. The master bedroom leads onto a deck with an outdoor shower.
  • The guestroom does accommodate twin beds and contains one full wall of custom built cupboards.
  • The full bathroom separates the two bedrooms. It has an Italian shower with picture window onto the rocks, bath tub facing the castle of Mont Alban, toilet and washing table and custom built cupboards.
  • The lower floor measures 50 square meters.
  • The basement does contains a totally separate office or spare room that measures 6 square meters. This room as well enjoys frontal sea views.
  • Heating and warm water are electric.
  • All rooms are equipped with a window system that allows through vertical window blinds free air circulation without relying on air conditioning.
  • Access to the house is particularly difficult for potential thieves which make it very safe.
  • The setting of the house offers full privacy.
